The crispiest, easiest fried treat for any occasion! These fried cheese balls are quick to make, all in one bowl, and require no shaping—just scoop and fry. Enjoy them with hot marinara sauce for dipping.

What you need

tbsp flour

frying oil

marinara sauce

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp spice blend

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1: Heat 2 inches of oil in a pot or pan. 2: Combine mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, flour, baking powder, and spice blend. Mix until well combined. 3: Check if your oil reached the right temperature either by putting a wooden spatula in (bubbles forming around it means that the oil is hot), or with a thermometer. It should be around 350F. 4: Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out mixture directly into the hot oil. Don’t overcrowd your pan. Move them around often since they tend to stick to each other.
