tsp salt

cup apple juice
Instructions
1: In a stand mixer, proof yeast with sugar and water. Once bubbly, add apple juice, salt, oil, and flour. 2: Knead for 10 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. 3: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 4: Using balls of dough of about 30 grams each, form a strand. Flip it over your 3 fingers, then place one side of the strand inside to form a knot. Place on parchment. Repeat for all. 5: Melt your butter in microwave. Add your garlic and cilantro. Brush on each knot. You will have leftover mixture. 6: Bake for 35 minutes. Once out of the oven, brush more garlic mixture on top.View original recipe
