1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Start by slicing your potatoes thinly, but not all the way through. Peel sweet potatoes and slice. Slice red onions. Peel garlic. 3: Place sweet potatoes at the bottom of a pan, along with sliced onions. Place drumsticks and potatoes on top. Scatter garlic cloves everywhere. 4: Mix orange juice with pulp, olive oil, and paprika in a small bowl. Drizzle sauce everywhere and coat everything. 5: Drizzle silan everywhere. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Pour water. 6: Cover with parchment paper and place in oven for 1.5 hours. Uncover and continue cooking for 1 hour, or until golden.
