ground beef

tsp zaatar

tbsp oil

kosher salt

water

tbsp olive oil

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Saute onion in oil until soft. 2: Add mushrooms and saute until golden. 3: Add ground beef and break apart. Let the meat cook through. 4: Add spices and simmer for another 5 minutes. 5: Put everything for hummus in a food processor aside from olive oil and water. 6: As it's turning, slowly add in olive oil, then water.
