cup water

cup basmati rice

cup dried cranberries

tsp granulated garlic

tbsp avocado oil

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Add oil. When oil is hot, add your soup noodles and mix them to get them a toast. You need them to get a dark brown color. 2: Mix in your rice and shredded carrot. Add in water and spices. Let it come to a slow boil. 3: Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pot. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let your dish soak up the residual heat for an extra 15 minutes. 4: Uncover and fluff the rice using a fork. Add cranberries, cilantro, mint and pine nuts and continue stirring with your fork.View original recipe
