Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400F. Line a 1/2 size baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. 2: In a mini food processor, combine cilantro, garlic, and shallot. Process until completely minced. 3: In a mixing bowl, add minced meat, spices, and cilantro mixture. Mix only until everything is combined. 4: Form the meat around the skewers and place them on the rack. If no skewers are available, shape the meat as desired and place it on the rack. 5: Bake for 15 minutes. 6: For the Israeli Rotev, combine all Rotev ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.View original recipe
