KFP Easy Healthy Muffins

These healthy KFP muffins are incredibly delicious, pillowy, and moist, unlike typical Passover muffins. Made with wholesome ingredients, they are both easy and tasty, perfect for serving your family during Pessach.

What you need

cup applesauce

tsp baking powder

mini chocolate chips

cup potato starch

cup almond milk

tsp baking soda
tbsp oil

cup honey

cup almond flour

tsp vanilla
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners. 2: In a strong blender, or in a food processor fitted with the S blade, combine all ingredients. 3: Process until a smooth consistency is formed. If desired, mix in chocolate chips with a spatula. 4: Pour muffin batter until about 3/4 full in the muffin liners. Top with more mini chocolate chips and hazelnut brittle. 5: Bake for 15 minutes.View original recipe
