What you need

cup brown sugar

cup potato starch

tsp baking soda

cup mini chocolate chips
cup oil

cup sugar

cup almond flour

tsp vanilla
egg
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a full size baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a medium size mixing bowl, combine both sugars, oil, and egg. Mix using your hand to break apart any lump of sugar that might have formed. I recommend using a glove. 3: Add almond flour, potato starch, baking soda, vanilla, and salt, and mix with your hand until a dough forms. 4: Add granola clusters and chocolate chips. Mix to combine. 5: Transfer dough to the baking sheet. Form 2 long flattish logs. 6: Bake for 15 minutes. As soon as it comes out of the oven, slice your cookie sticks.View original recipe
