What you need

celery sticks

tsp smoked paprika

kosher salt

cup almond milk

chicken drumsticks

clove garlic

Instructions
1: Start by dicing the onion. Turn your instapot on SAUTE and saute them in a bit of oil. 2: Once translucent, add celery and garlic. 3: When everything softens, add zucchini, spinach, squash, and potatoes. Saute for a few minutes then turn the instapot off. 4: Add the rest of the ingredients. Make sure your cilantro is at the top since you will remove it after. 5: Set your instapot to PRESSURE on HIGH for 30 minutes. Close lid and seal the pressure. 6: When it is done, remove the cilantro. Set aside the chicken. 7: Blend the soup until you reach your desired consistency. Add the almond milk.
