tsp paprika

celery

onion

tsp turmeric

cup fresh cilantro

tsp garlic powder

cup water

clove garlic

cup dry white wine

tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
1: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add oil. Fry shallots until soft and brown. 2: Add fennel and celery and fry until they start to soften. 3: Add green onions and tomato paste. 4: In a mini blender, combine garlic and preserved lemon until finely minced, then add to the sauce. 5: Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add spices, cilantro, and water. Lower the heat to a simmer. 6: Using a mini blender, pulse the onion and cilantro a few times, then set aside. 7: Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix.
