Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Start by drying your turkey roast using paper towel. 3: Mix your wet rub (oil and spices) in a small dish. Rub all over the roast. 4: Place it in a small Dutch oven. Add your garlic head to the side, and your lemon slices a little everywhere. Add your broth. 5: Cover and place in the oven. Baste every 20 minutes for 1 hour. Continuously check the internal temperature. 6: Uncover, raise oven temperature to 400°F, baste the roast, and bake for an additional 30 minutes, while basting every 10 minutes. 7: Make sure that the internal temperature does not go over 165°F. 8: Once out of the oven, let it rest.
