Instructions
1: Combine meat ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix. If you want to make it softer, add a couple tbsp of water to the meat. 2: Form meatballs. 3: Heat a pan over medium heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom. 4: Add meatballs and sear them on all sides without overcrowding the pan. 5: Once seared, set meatballs aside on a plate. 6: In the same pan, add onion and sauté until brown, then add peas and stir until thawed. 7: Add seasoning to peas and let the sauce simmer. 8: Return meatballs to the pan, turn down the heat to low, cover, and let them simmer for 30-40 minutes. 9: Serve over hot rice and enjoy.View original recipe
