Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a full size baking sheet with parchment paper.

2: In a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine all dry ingredients and mix. Then add wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. If it's too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time while the mixer is running.

3: Transfer the dough to a parchment paper. Top with another layer of parchment and roll out as thin as you can, about 1/2 cm.

4: Remove the top parchment, transfer the sheet to a baking sheet, poke holes throughout with a fork, and cut dough into long strips.

5: Bake for 30-35 minutes.
