What you need

salt

tsp cinnamon

pinch saffron

tsp paprika

cup honey

tbsp orange blossom water

clove garlic

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Start by frying your onion in a bit of oil. Once its soft, add garlic and ginger and saute a few extra minutes. 2: Add cinnamon, paprika, saffron, cumin and salt. Toast the spice for a few minutes. 3: Move everything to the side of the pan and add your meat to sear. Brown each side of the meat by constantly turning the pieces around. 4: Once seared, add honey, orange blossom and enough water to cover half of the meat. 5: Simmer for about 1 hour and a half covered then add dried prunes. Simmer about another 2 hours, or until meat is fork tender.View original recipe
