onion
chicken cutlets

tsp garlic powder

pepper

salt
tbsp oil

tsp mustard

cup cilantro

cup water

tsp turmeric

tbsp paprika
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F. 2: In a ziploc, mix together cutlets, ketchup, mustard and spices. 3: In a 9x13 oven safe dish, place onions at the bottom. 4: Top with raw rice. 5: Add seasoned cutlets, chickpeas and cilantro. 6: Mix everything to combine. 7: Add water. 8: Cover with double layer of foil and place in the oven for 40 minutes.View original recipe
