1: Combine minced fish with 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and dry parsley. Mix well. 2: Heat a pan with some oil, form the fish mixture into burgers, dip in the remaining egg and then in Panko. 3: Fry the burgers on medium heat until golden and remove from the pan. 4: In the same pan, fry mini red onions and shallots. 5: Place the burgers on buns with desired toppings. 6: Leave half of the onions in the pan, add marinara sauce dissolved in water. 7: Add in dried rice, using half of the remaining fish mixture to form balls that you then add to the pan. 8: Cook on medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low and let cook, mixing occasionally to prevent burning.View original recipe
