A simple and flavorful way to prepare Moroccan fish without pan frying. This recipe combines vegetables and fish, all baked in the oven for ease. The dish features carrots, red pepper, mini tomatoes, garlic, olives, and a delicious fish sauce made with lemon, paprika, turmeric, and cilantro.

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking dish. 2: Place all your vegetable ingredients in the dish and mix. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour to 1:15. 3: Remove from oven. You can either refrigerate until ready to bake the fish or go ahead and bake it right away. 4: Raise oven temperature to 425°F. 5: Place fish slices on vegetables. Mix sauce ingredients (except for cilantro) and pour on fish. Sprinkle cilantro on top. 6: Bake for 16 minutes uncovered.View original recipe
