tbsp tapioca starch

tsp vanilla sugar

cup honey

tsp lemon juice

cup almond flour

pinch salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 F and spray a 9” round dish with oil. 2: In the bowl of a mixer, combine egg whites, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk at high speed until stiff peaks form, then set aside. 3: In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, honey, and vanilla sugar until pale yellow. Add baking powder, tapioca starch, coconut flakes, and almond flour, mixing until fully combined but not over-mixed. 4: Slowly fold in the egg whites in two parts until no white specks remain. 5: Transfer the batter to the baking dish and scatter sliced almonds on top. 6: Bake for about 30 minutes. 7: Let the cake cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.View original recipe
