A delicious and easy-to-make finger food perfect for your Purim table. This Pastrami Kebab Lollipop features minced meat mixed with spices, wrapped in pastrami, and fried to a crispy finish.

oz pastrami

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika
oil

tsp sumac

tsp cumin
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350F. 2: Start by mixing the meat with spices and cilantro. Once combined set aside. 3: Slice pastrami in half, in order to make long stripes. 4: Using your skewers, form kebab around it, leaving the bottom of the skewer empty so it can look like a lollipop. 5: Wrap pastrami around the meat kebab. Repeat for all your meat. 6: Heat a pan of about an inch of oil at medium high heat. Start frying your skewers on all sides. 7: As they finish searing, place them in a baking dish. Once you add all of them in, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, so that the cooking process of the meat ends.View original recipe
