Instructions

1: Preheat oven to 350F.

2: In the bowl of a mini processor, combine olives, mushrooms and onion. Pulse until smooth.

3: Transfer to mixing bowl. Add tomato sauce and spices and mix. Set aside.

4: Slightly flour a clean working surface. Cut puff pastry in two. You will be able to make two rolls with this.

5: Roll out puff pastry as best as you can in a long rectangular shape.

6: Spread out half of the sauce evenly throughout the dough. The other half is saved for the second roll. Start rolling carefully to form a long log.

7: Slice about 1 inch thick slices and place lying down on a parchment lined baking sheet.

8: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden top.
