Instructions
1: Place onion at the bottom of the crockpot and layer the washed brisket on top. 2: Pour all the sauces and spices on the brisket and cover on low for 8-9 hours. 3: After about 6 hours of cooking, remove brisket and place it on a cutting board to pull it apart, then place it back in the pot. 4: Before serving, cut up tomato and season very lightly with some lemon, olive oil, and salt.
