fl oz tomato sauce

onion
potato

tbsp tomato paste

cup cilantro

tbsp sugar

fl oz water

tbsp paprika
lemon

tbsp salt
egg

tsp pepper

tsp turmeric
cup oil
Instructions
1: Start with your chicken mixture. Blend the onion and potato until puréed. 2: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 3: In a large braiser or Dutch oven, heat oil to medium high. 4: Add sliced onions and sauté until soft. 5: Add tomato and garlic and sauté until fragrant. 6: Reduce heat to medium low. Add the rest of the ingredients. 7: Once mixture comes to a soft boil, reduce heat to simmer. 8: Form meatballs and add them to the sauce as you go. 9: Cover the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours.View original recipe
