What you need
oz ricotta

tsp granulated garlic

tsp oregano

tsp salt

zaatar

cup shredded mozzarella

tsp dried onion

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, feta, shredded mozzarella, egg and spices. 3: Layer half of your rolled out puff pastry on the parchment paper. Spread the cheese mixture evenly throughout the puff pastry. Layer with the other half of your puff pastry. 4: Using a sharp knife, cut through to form squares without moving anything. 5: Brush egg wash on the surface and sprinkle your favorite toppings on each square. 6: Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.View original recipe
