Sheetpan Miso Salmon and Veggies

tsp sriracha

pepper

tbsp apricot jam

zucchini

tbsp miso

tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray and prepare veggies in sticks, keeping thickness uniform. 3: Spread veggies on pan, reserving the middle for the salmon. 4: Brush the miso topping all over the veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5: Bake for 20 minutes. 6: Add salmon slices to the middle of the pan and brush with remaining miso dressing.
