Instructions
1: Preheat oven at 300F. 2: Rub all sides of the ribs with kosher salt. 3: Heat oil at medium high in an enameled cast iron dutch oven. Sear ribs on all sides, then remove and set aside. 4: Add onions to the pot and scrape the remaining meat. Sauté until translucent, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 5: Add white wine, apricot jam, and honey to the pot. 6: Lower heat to a low flame. Push mixture to the side and add the ribs back in, returning sauce on the meat. 7: Cover and place in the oven for 1.5 hours. 8: Prepare the mixture of silan and hoisin. 9: Uncover the meat and brush the silan and hoisin mixture on every side of the ribs. 10: Return to oven for 10 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce becomes sticky and bubbly.View original recipe
