These meat stuffed pitas are easy to assemble and incredibly juicy. The combined flavors of meat, onions, and spices baked inside the crispy pita make them a family favorite!

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Mince the onion in a mini food processor. 3: Combine meat, onion, and spices; do not overmix. 4: Slice pita in halves and fill with about 1/4 cup of meat in each half. 5: Brush both sides of the pita with olive oil. 6: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pitas on it. 7: Bake for about 15 minutes. 8: Remove from oven and switch baking sheet to bake on the other side for 10 minutes. 9: Remove from oven and drizzle tchina on top.View original recipe
