tsp cornstarch
oz cod

cup honey

tsp black pepper

1: Start with your sauce: Heat a pan to medium high heat. Add oil and cubed garlic. Once fragrant, add honey, and bring down your heat to medium low. Add Sriracha, salt, pepper, and cornstarch mixture. Let it simmer on low. 2: For coating the fish: dry the fish very well. Prepare two bowls, one with egg, salt and a tablespoon of the sauce mixture. The other bowl with breadcrumbs, flour, and cornstarch. 3: Dip your fish in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all. 4: Heat a pot of oil to 350°F, about 2 inches deep.
