A quick and easy dessert made with pitted dates, almond butter, and chocolate, topped with dried fruits and flaky salt. Perfect for celebrating Tu Bishvat!
Start by laying your dates opened on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to create a square shape.
Place another parchment paper on top and carefully flatten the dates using a rolling pin. Carefully remove the top parchment paper.
Melt your almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about a minute, then spread it all over your dates.
Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in increments of 30 seconds, making sure to mix in between to avoid burning the chocolate. Spread it all over the almond butter.
Top with chopped dried fruit of choice and finish off with flaky salt.
Place in the freezer until set.
 Remove and cut into squares.
