What you need

tbsp mayo

tsp black pepper

cup corn starch

tsp black sesame seeds

tsp garlic powder

tsp baking powder

tsp ground ginger

tsp sriracha

tsp salt

tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and whisk until a thick but runny texture forms. Set aside. 2: Prepare a bowl with panko and sesame seeds, and line a full-size sheet pan with parchment paper. 3: Dip each shrimp in the wet mixture first, drain excess, and then dip in the panko mixture. Lay each one on the parchment paper. 4: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry each shrimp for about a minute per side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. 5: For the spicy mayo dip, mix mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.View original recipe
