Instructions
1: Start by preheating the oven to 350F and cook quinoa according to package instructions. 2: Meanwhile, prep grated zucchini and drain using a clean towel. Prep grated boiled beet. 3: Drain quinoa and add 1 cup of it in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix. DO NOT OVERMIX. 4: Form burgers and lay them on a baking sheet. 5: Bake for 20 minutes on EACH SIDE. If you like them darker, add an extra 5 minutes on each side.View original recipe
