1: In the bowl of a mixer, mix together flour, yeast and salt until combined. 2: Add water and olive oil, then mix the dough for a full 10 minutes until soft. 3: Transfer the dough to a clean oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest until it doubles in size. 4: Preheat oven to 480F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 5: Cut the dough into 3 parts, then roll one part into a long rectangle. 6: Spread a thin layer of your favorite chocolate spread over the rectangle. 7: Fold the rectangle length-wise in about 2 inch thick folds until reaching the end. 8: Cut the dough into 1 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them on the baking sheet. 9: Repeat the previous step until no dough remains, aiming for about 10 pieces per dough ball. 10: Bake for 6 minutes, then let cool and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar before serving.View original recipe
