Instructions
1: Start by drying your beef well to prevent oil splatters, then coat them in flour. 2: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet and sear the beef on all sides. Remove and let it rest. 3: In the same pan, add onion and sauté until browned. Then add raisins, mushrooms, and silan, sautéing for about 2 minutes. 4: Reduce heat to low and infuse saffron in a cup of boiling water. Add this to the pan. 5: Stir in paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, orange blossom water, and orange zest. 6: Return the meat to the pan, add another cup of water, and cook for 1 hour on low simmer, covered. 7: Add all cubed vegetables to the pot, cover halfway with water, and cook for another 1.5 hours on low simmer, covered.View original recipe
