cup apple cider vinegar

red onion

Boil on high for 13-15 minutes, until the interior chicken temperature reaches 165°F. 2: Remove the chicken from water and shred using forks. Discard most of the water, saving only a few tablespoons. 3: Return chicken to pot and add BBQ sauce. Heat on medium-low for about 8 minutes. 4: Prepare pickled onions: In a small saucepan, bring apple cider vinegar, water, and honey to a boil.
