cup brown sugar

cup rice vinegar
tbsp oil

cup soy sauce

tsp water

clove garlic
tsp cornstarch
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a deep pot at medium heat. 2: Toss beef strips in cornstarch and remove, ensuring all excess cornstarch is removed. 3: Deep fry all beef and place on paper towel to absorb remaining oil. Set aside. 4: In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger in oil for 10 seconds. 5: Quickly add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil. 6: Add in cornstarch and brown sugar. Stir for about 2 minutes then reduce heat. 7: Toss meat strips in the sauce and mix for 2-3 minutes. 8: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
