lemon

tsp cumin

tsp oregano
cup warm water

tsp kosher salt

Instructions
1: Mix all DRY ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, salt) by hand or with a mixer using the hook. Then, add all WET ingredients (olive oil, warm water). 2: If the dough is too sticky, add up to 1/4 cup of extra flour. 3: Let the dough rise until it doubles in size (about an hour). 4: While the dough rises, prepare the souvlakis. Combine the marinade ingredients (oregano, salt, cilantro, cumin, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil). 5: Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let marinate for 20 minutes. 6: Prep a bowl of oil to oil your counter in between each laffa. Preheat your grilling pan to medium heat. 7: Roll out a ball of dough using your palms, moving from the center out until you get a thin layer. 8: Place the rolled dough on the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on one side, then flip for another minute. 9: Build the skewers with marinated chicken and broil until cooked (about 6-8 minutes on each side). 10: For the Tzatziki dip, combine mayo, finely chopped garlic, cucumber, scallions, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.View original recipe
