Quick Penne Rose
Serves 410 mins prep15 mins cook
This Quick Penne Rose pasta sauce is my all-time favorite! It combines frozen cubes of garlic, parsley, and fried onion for a fast meal, along with tomato paste, butter, water, salt, oregano, heavy cream, and penne. The result is a creamy and flavorful sauce that's easy to prepare.
