1: Preheat your oven to 300°F. 2: Dry your ribs well and salt them generously. 3: Heat a pan at high heat and add enough oil to cover the surface. 4: Sear each rib on both sides until a nice browning forms. 5: Once seared, transfer the ribs to a baking dish. 6: In the same pan, add onions and sauté until brown. 7: Add wine and let the alcohol evaporate; then reduce heat to medium low. 8: Add tomato paste and honey and let it caramelize together. 9: Add chicken broth and let it come to a simmer, then turn off the heat. 10: Pour the sauce over the ribs and cover tightly with foil. 11: Bake for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender.View original recipe
