A quick and easy dessert made with pitted dates, almond butter, and chocolate, topped with dried fruits and flaky salt. Perfect for celebrating Tu Bishvat!

Instructions
1: Start by laying your dates opened on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to create a square shape. 2: Place another parchment paper on top and carefully flatten the dates using a rolling pin. Carefully remove the top parchment paper. 3: Melt your almond butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about a minute, then spread it all over your dates. 4: Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in increments of 30 seconds, making sure to mix in between to avoid burning the chocolate. Spread it all over the almond butter. 5: Top with chopped dried fruit of choice and finish off with flaky salt. 6: Place in the freezer until set. 7: Remove and cut into squares.View original recipe
