This dish features cod filet topped with olives, shallots, garlic, preserved lemon, and fresh cilantro, all drizzled with a flavorful sauce consisting of oil, paprika, turmeric, and oregano. Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425F. 2: In a baking dish, distribute 1 tbsp oil evenly. Place cod on top. 3: Top fish with olives, shallot, garlic, preserved lemon, and cilantro. 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients (2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper).
