Instructions
1: Heat a large braiser or heavy bottom pot at medium high heat. Add oil. 2: Add onions and fry until brown. Add dried fruits and caramelize with the onions. 3: Pour wine and let the alcohol evaporate and the wine to penetrate the dried fruits. Then, add silan, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 4: Carefully place your chicken pieces in the sauce, while basting them at the same time.
