Instructions
1: Start by heating a large pot at medium high heat. Add oil. Add onion and fry until brown. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. 2: Reduce heat to medium. Add all mushrooms and mix. Cook until mushrooms release their liquid and it evaporates. 3: Prepare your chicken mixture by mincing both the potato and the onion in a food processor. Combine all ingredients and mix to form meatballs. 4: Once the mushroom liquid has evaporated, add wine and scrape the bottom. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pot with bay leaves, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer. 5: Add chicken meatballs to the sauce. Cover and cook for an hour.
