What you need

instant vanilla pudding

tbsp sugar

tbsp powdered sugar

tbsp coffee

cup heavy cream
tsp lemon
Instructions
1: Start by making your fruit sauce. Combine berries, sugar, and lemon in a saucepan over high heat. Once it comes to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook down until soft. 2: Transfer to a tall container and blend using an immersion blender. Refrigerate. 3: For the cream: Combine all cream ingredients (heavy cream, instant vanilla pudding, gvina levana, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract) and beat at high speed until creamy. 4: Combine coffee with hot water in a bowl. 5: Start layering: Dip one lady finger at a time in coffee quickly (only half of it lengthwise). Lay them as the first layer in your dish. Top with half your cream, then layer with cooled fruit syrup. Repeat with another layer of dipped cookies and cream. 6: The top layer should be fruit syrup, which can be decorated or spread with fresh fruit on top. 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before eating.
