cup semolina
shredded coconut
cup oil

oz apricot jam

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat two 9” tart pans with oil spray. 2: Combine all cake ingredients in the order listed in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix until fully combined. 3: Transfer the batter to both pans. 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully set and slightly browned around the edges. 5: As soon as they come out of the oven, spread half of the apricot jam on each cake.
