Instructions
1: Mince onion, garlic, and cilantro in a small food chopper. Add to the meat with all other meat ingredients. Reserve water for the end. 2: Form meatballs. Heat a pan at medium-high heat with enough oil to cover the surface. Sear meatballs on all sides in batches. 3: Reduce heat to medium. Add chopped onion to the oil and sauté until soft. Add green beans and sauté until thawed. Add garlic, lemon, paprika, salt. 4: Return meatballs to the pan and mix carefully. Add water, sprinkle cilantro on top.
