Instructions
1: Thinly slice the blood orange. 2: Prepare tiny pieces of preserved lemons. 3: Chop the cilantro. 4: Slice the garlic. 5: In a mixing bowl, combine the drumsticks with the preserved lemon, chopped cilantro, zest and juice of half of a blood orange, and minced garlic. 6: Season with salt and pepper. 7: Put the mixture on a sheetpan with the sliced blood orange, preserved lemons, and other ingredients. 8: Put in the oven at 400F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a crispy top forms and the chicken falls off the bone.View original recipe
