Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place your brisket in. 2: Start by heating a pan over medium high heat. Add oil and sauté onions until soft and dark. Add beer, maple syrup, and garlic. Sauté for a few more minutes. 3: Pour sauce over brisket. Add bay leaves and salt. 4: Cover and bake for 8-8.5 hours. Keep checking and basting it.
