tsp granulated garlic

tsp onion soup mix

tsp dry mustard

short ribs

tbsp brown sugar

tsp granulated onion

tsp allspice

tbsp paprika
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 300F. 2: Combine all spices in a small bowl. Dry rub all your short ribs in the spice mix and place in an oven-safe baking dish. 3: Cover very tightly with foil and place in the oven for 3 hours. 4: Carefully remove from oven. Raise oven temp to 400F. 5: Discard most of the liquid, leaving about 3/4 cup. 6: Drizzle silan on the ribs. Cover again and place in the oven for 20 minutes.View original recipe
