Instructions
1: Sauté onion in some oil in a non-stick skillet until dark. 2: Add wine and soy sauce and mix until onions absorbed most of the liquid. Remove onions. 3: Tenderize steak and rub it with kosher salt and pepper. 4: Oil the skillet and wait until the pan is very hot. 5: Sear steak on the pan for 3 minutes then flip for 2 minutes. 6: Serve with a side of roasted veggies and the caramelized onion sauce.View original recipe
