A simple and delicious Deli Tart made with assorted deli meats, onion, and garlic confit, all layered on puff pastry. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for Purim or as an appetizer for Shabbat lunch.

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350F. 2: Heat a pan at medium heat. Add oil. Throw in onion and saute until translucent. 3: Add in deli and saute until slightly caramelized. 4: Roll out a rectangle of puff pastry on a parchment paper. 5: In a small plate, mash your garlic confit and use it to spread as your base on the puff pastry. Leave your outer base plain, about an inch thick. 6: Layer with your onion deli mixture. 7: Brush your egg all around your rectangle, on that inch perimeter. 8: Sprinkle your herb mix generously everywhere. 9: Bake for 45 minutes.View original recipe
