Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Heat a pan at medium high heat and add oil. Fry diced onion until translucent, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3: Add minced beef and break it apart roughly. Stir in cilantro, olives, and spices, and continue sautéing until the meat is fully cooked. 4: Roll out puff pastry on a clean surface. Cut out squares about 5-6 inches. Fill each square with about 1 tablespoon of filling, then fold into a triangle. 5: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
